Regan “Reina” Koeppe, 25, was discovered missing home on the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 6. The 5 food tall Hispanic beauty may be wearing a blue jogging suit, beanie, and / or brown hoodie, carrying a black backpack, basketball, and iPod.
Koeppe’s adopted mother, Richelle Koeppe, says that her daughter is extremely vulnerable due to the number of disabilities she has, including Fetal Alcohol Disorder, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and intellectual disabilities. She adds that her daughter is 8-11 years-old mentally, and requires constant supervision.
“She is very vulnerable, she is very naïve,” she said. “She will go with anybody who tells her she’s pretty or offers her food.”
Koeppe also requires medication, without which her mother says puts her at risk for self-harm and seizure.
Richelle says that she wants her daughter to know that she is not in trouble.
“I’d say to her that we love her, and not to be scared that we’re going to be angry; that she’s not in trouble, we just want her to come home safely,” said Richelle.
